This is you, the new Project Managent Officer PMO

As Project Management Officer, you support a dedicated part of the project portfolio. You work closely together with the project team members, project managers, software engineers and consultants on topics like financials and progress reporting, planning and quality assurance. You provide hands on support to the Project Managers and their stakeholders. By providing clear analysis and insight on project financials, progress, quality, issues and risks you support senior management in effective decision making. You actively come up with suggestions for improvement initiatives and tasks.
Finally, you can take the lead in various Agile rituals, you contribute to the further professionalization thereof and provide a lot of positive energy.

What are you going to do?

Responsible for guiding various processes, with everything that comes with it, such as:

o Providing status updates via various reports to various stakeholders

o Notifying your colleagues to ensure that actions are carried out in a timely manner

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a real team player who is not afraid to show a lot of initiative and to arrange things! Someone who is independently able to initiate, but also initiate and complete projects. Someone who can quickly create an overview and then make the right plan of action and keep a cool head despite the various ongoing processes.

What are you bringing?

• At least a completed HBO bachelor (technology related).
• You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum.
• You have excellent Microsoft office skills.
• You have affinity with data and data analysis.
• You are open to continuous learning and have a can-do mentality.
• You have experience with Jira.
